Application Screening Requirements:         

 1. $35 Application Fee - To ensure a spot into the wait list, all applicants must pay a non
refundable administrative application fee that is processed upon application completion.
2. Copy of the owner’s driver’s license or state ID - Must be received in order to complete a credit and background
check through a third-party site, Lease Runner. You will receive an e-mail request to log onto their Website along
with instructions to begin the screening criteria and make a $37 payment for screening fee. Once the report is
completed, Lease Runner will provide the marina office a copy.
3. Recent photo of the boat - Preferably a broadside view with registration number or vessel name legibly viewed.
4. Current registration or documentation – If you recently purchased the boat, a copy of the bill of sale is required.
The registration or documentation should be provided within 30 days.
5. Current utility bill - Water or electric of current residence.
6. Proof of insurance - Current proof of insurance with $500,000 minimum worth of protection and indemnity
coverage including pollution/wreck removal.(See insurance checklist for reference pg2 of application) As well as Driscoll
Mission Bay listed as additional insured, to read as follows:   ​
